Cancellation policy:
the following amounts will be kept: 10% of the total rate if the cancellation is carried out within 3 months (90 days) prior to the date of arrival – 50% beginning from the eighty-ninth day prior to arrival.

Payment:
30% upon reservation, the remaining 70% will be settled upon arrival. (wire transfer, PayPal or PostePay)

Additional:
an additional Euro 10 per day per reservation will be applied for date changes made after the reservation confirmation.
